GIS内外业一体化数据双向同步技术研究

对空间数据内外业一体化作业过程中数据双向同步技术进行研究。阐述GIS数据双向同步的原理、数据还原原理,提出了基于最优差异化机制的双向数据同步模型,并给出此模型基础上的技术实现案例。实践表明,此方案能很好地解决GIS内外业一体化的数据同步需求。     

核磁共振法测定甲哌鎓原药的含量

采用定量核磁共振法建立了甲哌鎓原药的定量方法。以重水为溶剂,仲丁基脲为内标物,以化学位移分别在δ3.12的甲哌鎓甲基和δ1.10的仲丁基脲甲基的1H-NMR信号作为定量峰。以甲哌鎓与仲丁基脲定量峰的峰面积比(AS/AI)对甲哌鎓与仲丁基脲的质量比(WS/WI)进行线性回归,线性相关系数为0.999 9;重复测定同一批次原药含量,变异系数为0.28%。采用核磁共振波谱法对甲哌鎓进行定量分析,操作简便,测定速度快,准确度高。     

How to characterize ‘good’ and ‘greening’ in the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP): the case of clay soils in the Netherlands

The change in the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union from product to producer support, including requirements for ‘good agricultural and environmental conditions’ and ‘greening’, is excellent. However, these requirements are now defined in rather general terms. Questions can be raised about suitable indicators, and there is a recognized need for effective management recommendations to support farmers in achieving the required ‘good’ conditions. These recommendations are bound to be quite different for different soils in different countries. A study of Dutch clay soils was based on a storyline describing current problems and management options for improvement, which were quantified using a soil–water–crop simulation model. Indicators were defined for agricultural conditions and suggestions made for the use of the model in a predictive mode to help farmers improve their soil management. Environmental conditions were judged by current environmental guidelines for water and air. When modelling, implicit assumptions that soils are homogeneous were shown to be unrealistic for these clay soils, requiring development of innovative methods and procedures, presenting a challenge for soil research.     

小微企业内部会计控制问题与对策

在经济全球化的影响下，小微企业已成为我国社会经济的主力军，在各个行业都得到了不同程度的发展。同时，内部会计控制已经成为企业内部控制的子系统，在企业中占据着重要的角色，有利于推动企业的经营管理，实现长远发展。文章分析我国目前小微企业内部会计控制存在的问题，在此基础上对存在的问题进行归因分析，并提出了相应的解决办法。     

农民专业合作社的融资问题分析——以湖南省60家农民专业合作社为例

发展农民专业合作社是促进“三农”发展的重要途径之一,而长期以来融资问题成为了农民专业合作社发展的瓶颈.该研究基于农民专业合作社融资现状,对农民专业合作社融资困难的内外部原因进行了剖析,并提出加强农民专业合作社自身建设,加快农业基础设施建设,转变政府扶持方式,健全农业保险制度,完善土地使用权抵押制度等促进农民专业合作社改良性发展的对策建议.     

Evaluation on Tolerance of Montmorillonite as a Mycotoxin Adsorbent

In order to study the tolerance dose of Kunming mice to montmorillonite as a mycotoxin adsorbent in diets,the experiment selected 60 healthy male Kunming mice with initial average body weight of (17±0.12)g,randomly divided them into 5 treatments with two replicates per group and 6 mice per replicate.Five experimental diets were added to 0 (control group),0.5%,1%,2% and 5% montmorillonite,respectively.After 30 days,the growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,serum biochemical indices and internal organization were tested to determine the tolerance dose of montmorillonite for Kunming mice.The results showed that the ADFI was significantly increased in 0.5% group (P< 0.05),while there were no significant differences in ADFI and ADG between 1% group and control group (P> 0.05),then the ADFI was significantly decreased with the increasing of montmorillonite supplemental level (P< 0.05).The ADG in 2% group had no significant difference when compared with the control group (P> 0.05),while significantly lower than that in 0.5% and 1% groups (P< 0.05).The apparent digestibility of DM,CP and EE showed no significant effect at any level of montmorillonite (P> 0.05).Serum ALT,AST activities and MDA content were gradually increased with the montmorillonite supplemental level increasing,and that in 1%,2% and 5% groups were significantly higher than that in control group (P< 0.05),but there were no significant differences between 0.5% group and control group (P> 0.05).Tissue sections showed that mice livers were damaged in varying degrees when the montmorillonite supplemental level was 5%.In conclusion,based on a comprehensive consideration of all indexes,it could be seen that the tolerance dose of the tested montmorillonite for Kunming mice was between 0.5% and 2% when mycotoxin contents in diets were in security range.     

加套纸袋对香蕉品质影响的研究

香蕉套袋护果技术已经非常普及，生产中多用定型袋外套蓝色塑料袋的方法护果。截至目前，广西香蕉种植户普遍采用蓝色塑料袋中加套纸袋的护果方法，但未见加套纸袋对香蕉品质影响的研究报道。本研究探讨了加套纸袋对香蕉表观性状及内在生理生化指标的影响，为综合评价加套纸袋对香蕉品质影响提供理论依据。研究表明，加套纸袋可以显著提高果皮亮度，但降低果皮黄色饱和度；一定程度提高蕉果果肉钾含量，却显著降低了果皮中钙含量；加套纸袋能够显著提高瓤皮比，但果皮质地细嫩，易刮伤；加套纸袋可以显著提高蕉果果肉维生素C含量，降低了蕉果果肉中淀粉累积量；此外，加套纸袋后，蕉果的转色时间和货架期短于常规。综上，提出调整套纸袋时间、套袋方法等改进措施。     

内循环(IC)厌氧反应器设计计算方法的探讨

文章论述了内循环(IC)厌氧反应器的设计计算方法,在对IC反应器水力特性分析的基础上,对有人提出计算升流管内液体升流速度的关系式进行了修正,并提供了有用的设计计算参数,最后,详细地提供了设计计算实例.     

Experimental Study on Moment Modulation of Prestressed Frames

Based on the experimental study of two prestressed frames in redistribution of Internal force, it can be concluded that the dominating influence factors on moment modulation are the relative height of equivalent compression zone, the secondary moment, the ratio of beam rigidity to column and development of cracks in the top of columns.The secondary moment is very important in modulation of frames. Especially, the secondary moment will governing the modulation when the relative height of equivalent compression zone is large enough.     

Test Analysis on Prestressed Frames with Three Kinds of Beam-column Section Strength

"Strong column with weak beam","strong beam with weak column" and"column & beam with equal strength"can be existed in one-storey prestressed concrete frames and the top storey of mult-storey prestressed concrete frames.Through the test of four prestressed concrete frames under vertical load,three kinds of prestressed concrete frames performances are studied,such as ultimate load,deflection,displacement ductility,redistribution of internal force.When the relative height of equivalent compression zone is smaller enough,the test proves that three kinds of prestressed concrete frames can realize full redistribution of internal force and have better displacement ductility,the width of cracks and deflections can satisfy the rules of code for design of concrete structures.
